Coaching Conversations: Introduction to Peer Coaching with Jenna Brown and Emily Gray

Available to members only, this is a unique opportunity to develop your practice through guided peer-to-peer coaching triads. You’ll be led in conversation by Trustees Jenna Brown and Emily Gray, both of whom have worked in the coaching arena. The session will include an introduction to peer coaching structures and values, as well as practical tools for using this method and developing your reflective practice. There will be time to work in triads to discuss anything you are worried about or would like to develop in your teaching practice with a group of supportive peers, and through collaboration create solutions.
These sessions are not recorded, and we hope to create a safe place for members to discuss their challenges without fear of reprimand.
