Benefits

Website

  • Your name, logo and up to 50 words about your organisation on our Corporate Members page, together with a link to your website.

Newsletters

  • Free email newsletter sent six times a year.
  • Opportunities to promote your new publications or services through the newsletter, subject to the editor’s discretion. We cannot publicise any event falling two days either side of an AOTOS event.

Magazine

  • Free company of the printed Annual Review/Preview, once a year (printed in December).
  • One free A4 single sheet flyer sent out free of charge to more than 800 members with the Review, subject to availability.
  • Opportunities to promote new publications through the Review.
  • Corporate members’ reduction for adverts and additional flyers in the Review. All advertising is at the discretion of the Editor and of the AOTOS Council.

Emails

  • We’ll send up to four free emails per year advertising your events, services or publications to all our members who have agreed to receive them – currently over 600 of them (provided that these are of benefit to our members, and events do not clash with AOTOS events for two days either side.
  • We space out emails so anything you send has maximum impact. To this end, please schedule any emails with the Administrator in advance as we cannot always accommodate requests at short notice.
  • Just send the text you would like sent out, including the subject line, to [email protected]

Events

  • Up to three members of your organisation can attend our conferences at the members’ price.
  • Opportunities to sponsor individual events – development days, workshops and so on.
  • Promotional opportunities at conferences and reduced prices for exhibition space at and putting leaflets in delegate packs.
  • There will be advertising opportunities in our conference brochures. Please contact [email protected] for more details.

Membership fees

£95 per annum

Our subscription year runs from 1 January to 31 December.

Membership is £95 for the year when you join between 1 January and 30 June.

A partial fee of £50 is payable for those joining from 1 July until 30 November.

Those joining in December pay £95 to include the month and the following year.
