Summer 2024 Conference: Pricing
The full Summer Conference residential package includes:
- Two full days of conference programme at Yarnfield Park (20–21 July 2024)
- Refreshments and lunch on both days
- Evening meal on Saturday
- Breakfast on Sunday
- One night's accommodation (Saturday) in single en-suite room with double bed
- Free parking
- Free wi-fi

Bursaries
Financial assistance is available for AOTOS members to attend events and conferences. The Norman Tattersall Bursary covers the cost of one day at a Summer or Autumn conference, excluding any travel and accommodation. Deadline for applications: 14 May 2024
Refund policy
As a charity and due to our contract with the venue, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds.
In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled by the organiser or venue, full refunds will be given.
