Online Events
Zoom Events
An unexpected positive of the Covid-19 pandemic for AOTOS was the prompt to take events online for the first time to continue connecting with members at events and to reach those who had not attended in-person for many reasons.
We continue to programme live webinars which are open to all as well as free online events for AOTOS members, with many recordings saved in the Resources library. Please note, you will need to sign in to access these.
Enormous thanks to all our presenters who have offered their services without charge to our charity.

Introducing the MediSing Parkinson’s App with Nicola Wydenbach
ONLINE TALK
Tuesday 7 October, 8pm–9pm
95 percent of people with Parkinson’s experience vocal issues including monotone, quietness, breathiness and lack of clarity as well as a weakening of the swallow mechanism. Research has shown that singing helps with these issues as well as being beneficial to participants. SingApp:Parkinson’s was developed to encourage people living with Parkinson’s to feel the benefits of singing in their home.
