Margaret AronsonWelcome to the Teacher Training Course 2014. As Director, I have over the years, been privileged to mentor for both the founder of the Course, Eileen Price and Penny Price Jones. This has enabled me to see at first hand what an excellent, comprehensive, challenging and inspiring week this is for the training teachers. The Course offers the only opportunity in the U.K. to specialise in the particular art of singing teaching, and as such forms a solid basis on which to build the craft of many in our Association. My team of Mentors are highly experienced, dedicated and sensitive teachers who are there to facilitate your learning experience, and share their skills in a professional manner.

As we are aware, teaching can be quite isolating at times, but the Course gives you time to network, reinforce information and develop new concepts to aid your teaching. The training given is ideal for all singing teachers whether new to the profession, or those more experienced who would wish to refresh their thinking.

I believe passionately in the continuing development of the singing teacher throughout their career, and our excellent group of Lecturers will stimulate your teaching with a variety of relevant topics throughout the week. Our Administrator assistant, Joy Naylor, will be working with me to help create a memorable training week for you.
