Area Representative: Adrienne Hale

The South West area extends from the tip of Cornwall, through Devon, Somerset and Dorset, up through Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire into the southern counties of Wales, including Powys, Glamorgan and Carmarthenshire. Although it is not large, the shape of the land mass makes it fairly well spread out, especially when it involves travelling to conferences. Highly successful area events were organised by my predecessor, Lucy Sealy and I will endeavour to carry on in the same vein. Those of you in the far corners of Cornwall, please do not feel isolated. Instead, think of your next regional event as an excuse for a city break weekend with the bonus of discussing issues, exchanging ideas, and meeting up with old and new colleagues.
