“The Authentic Performer” – guiding singers towards an authentic sound
With Jai Ramage

Saturday 20 April 2024

Friends Meeting House, Ship Street, Brighton, BN1 1AF

A day dedicated to the art of guiding singers towards discovering their authentic sound. In an age where individuality and genuine expression are cherished above all, this event promises to be a transformative experience for both you and your students.

Join us for a day of insightful workshops, engaging discussions, and hands-on exercises, all designed to empower you with innovative techniques and approaches. Together, we will explore the nuanced facets of vocal instruction, delving into methods that nurture each singer’s unique voice, allowing it to flourish in its truest form.

Jai Ramage is a freelance Vocal Coach and Artist Manager. With 20 years of experience in Vocal Coaching, her TV work includes working on prime time shows for the BBC and ITV including The Voice UK, Voice Kids UK, Little Mix The Search and Starstruck. In the music industry Jai coaches music artists and bands for recording sessions, gigs and tours, drawing out their artistry and exploring their vocal capabilities. Coaching developing artists has naturally led to Jai’s involvement in Artist Management and she manages a small roster of music artists where she is involved in all aspects of development, branding, promotion and strategy. She also represents a number of artists for sync submissions in collaboration with Rocket Science Music.

Alongside coaching and management Jai runs a membership to support Music Artists. The aim of Entourage Membership is to help artists with their creative development, boost confidence in their product, eliminate overwhelm and connect them with inspiring like-minded creatives in an encouraging online community. Jai has an MA in Vocal Pedagogy, a BA (Hons) in Humanities with Music and is a Master Trainer in Estill Voice.
