AOTOS South West Local Event
Sunday, 27th May (11.00 – 4.30). 'VOICE QUALITIES AND STYLES IN MUSIC THEATRE' .
Speaker, JEREMY FISHER (Vocal Process),
The day will have two main themes, changing your style and changing your sound.
Tickets: £40 for AOTOS members.
£30 each for guests (no limit on number of guests per member).
£30 for AOTOS members bringing guest(s).
£20 for students
Venue: Blundell’s School, Blundell’s Road, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 4DN.
You may bring your own food OR enjoy a school lunch for £5 – to be booked and paid for in advance.

Our next event is in Liverpool.
Susan Yarnall invites you to Treasure the old and embrace the new in a lecture and discussion on Sunday 29th April, 1-00pm to 3-30pm, at MUSIC NOTES, (a music shop) at 4, North John Street, Liverpool. L2 4SA.
This will be of interest to all teachers of singing and members and non-members are welcome. Susan currently teaches at the University of Chichester and at St Paul's Girls' School in London. Her Ph.D from Sheffield University was in Singers' perceptions of vocal timbre. She has recently explored the use of digital technology and singing. She has lectured widely, from Vancouver to Vienna and is a past chair of our association. Her talk will focus on flexibility in teaching, encouraging active listening with visual feedback, while maintaining best practice and traditions.
