  • examination standards and skills
  • the use of text and languages
  • performance practice over a broad spectrum of repertoire
  • observation of other teachers at work.

development

AOTOS runs an annual residential Teacher Training Course in the summer. It is aimed both at those who are beginning to teach, and also at those who are looking to consolidate their skills. The course is open to all those interested, whether they are members of AOTOS or not.

The atmosphere is totally supportive, and members of the course give lessons in private under the supervision of a master-teacher, as well as having presentations on many subjects related to teaching Voice.
